OnBeli Warranty

OnBeli Warranty is a product service program for gadgets purchased from OnBeli.com, in which if your defected product falls under the brand's or onbeli service/warranty conditions.

OnBeli will pick-up the item from your Door-Step or may ask you to send the defective product to our address. After verifying the defective product, we will send you the replaced/repaired item after getting it serviced from the Brand or from our in house service room.

Customer can avail for OnBeli Warranty from 1 month to 11 months, depending on the product, from the Date of Purchase.

Charges for OnBeli warranty: 

1. For opting for OnBeli Warranty services the customer needs to pay extra Rs. 249 during checkout by opting for Warranty services during checkout.

2. The customer has to bear the to and for courier charges. OnBeli will not bear any courier charges.

 3. In case, your product is rejected by brand or OnBeli service team during the warranty process because of not falling under it's service conditions, the Product would be returned back to you under the same condition. The decision of the brand/ onBeli service team regarding warranty will be final and standing.

4. Warranty Service program will not be covered if the product is

  • Physically damage
  • Water/Rain related damage
  • Short Circuit
  • Damage caused due to the usage of third party chargers
  • Others (May change from time to time)
  • Damage, fault or failure due to alteration or repairs made by anyone other than us.

5. Warranty scheme is not available to displays, temper glasses and other accessories.

6. It might take up to 10-40 Days to get your Product Serviced from the respective brand or OnBeli service and get it delivered to your doorstep. Kindly cooperate with us during the process.

7. Warranty will be void if the product is found burnt/ Physically damaged/water logged or damaged in any other way.

 8. Service will be provided only at onbeli authorized service center. On-site Customer Service will be not available under any circumstances.

 9. To be eligible for the warranty coverage:

  • You will have to show the warranty card that came with the product
  • show valid proof of purchase as and when required. 

Please note that Products which are not registered in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, without valid proof of purchase and/or with proof of purchase that has been altered or illegible, shall be deemed to be outside the cover of this warranty.

10. We reserve the right to impose charges for services on the Product which are outside the cover of the warranty. We also reserve the right to decline to provide service where the Product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason.

11. If service is required, You agree to make the Product reasonably accessible to Us. Products not reasonably accessible or cannot be safely accessed will be deemed to be outside the cover of this warranty.
